Grand Ballroom

A classic ballroom welcomes guests with 23-foot ceilings, a large dance floor and a light interior designed to suit an array of occasions. Elegantly appointed to host special events from weddings to C-level executive meetings, the Grand Ballroom features the latest A/V capabilities to accommodate presentations of all types and state-of-the-art sound system.

Palo Alto Room

Light and airy, this sun-drenched venue is ideal for hosting elegant parties, receptions, and business meetings. Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the pool, patio and palm trees. It is possible to convert this room into two smaller rooms, with a built-in divider.

Cardinal Room

Beautifully opens onto a sunny patio overlooking El Camino Real and Palo Alto Foothills. This space can be configured in a variety of arrangements and features a 55” LCD television.

Rate: $150/hr with a (4) hr minimum.
Conference Room

Classic boardroom overlooking the pool & patio and is adjacent to the Palo Alto Room. The boardroom features a drop-down projection screen.
Capacity: 14 seated at a 16ft table, 14 guest chairs = 30 people, total. SQ.FT450
Rate: $75/hr with a (4) hr minimum.
Bistro

A perfect add-on to events in our Grand Ballroom. Great for transitions into the main event, often used for cocktail hours, break-out spaces, exhibits, activities & more.
